The Brangwyn Hall saw the first public performance of the choir on Saturday, 21st July 2007.

A message from the groom -

Dear Terry,

I cannot begin to tell you how proud we were to have you sing at our celebrations.

A very moving occasion made all the more so to see a new choir blossom in its infancy.

Good luck and keep in touch,

Any help that I can give you over the next few years, you just have to ask,

Yours with thanks and love

Adrian

The choir performed in public for the first time on Saturday, 18th August at the Mumbles and Swansea Bay Beer Festival at the Brangwyn Hall, Swansea.  To mark the occasion, Three Rivers Brewery produced a commemorative brew named 'Phoenix Rising'.  Sian is pictured dispensing a pint of the brew following the performance.  Image enhanced by Malcolm Randell.

The choir was lucky enough to be asked to perform at Welsh rugby international Sonny Parker's 30th birthday party, most of the Welsh rugby team, and many of the Ospreys players were in attendance.  The choir entertained with 'Happy Birthday' and a selection of Welsh songs.

Below, both 'teams' get together for a photo.
